Walter Green Jr.
Walter Green Jr. was born in Ayden, North Carolina, on October 1, 1932. He grew up on a farm with his 9 other siblings and wrote stories for his high school newspaper. He took classes at Morgan State University before joining the Army in the 1950s. After he left the Army, he received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Temple University. He worked for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, and the Army Signal Corps for over 30 years. Additionally, Green founded the Walter Green and Associates consultants and taught readiness classes at Bucks County Community College.
