A bound copy of the constitution and bylaws for the Pitt County Medical Society owned and heavily annotated by William Cobb Whitfield. In addition to the bylaws and constitution, the society's "blacklist" of patients is also included. The “blacklist” covered patients who have "not made satisfactory arrangements about the settlement of his or her medical account." Henry Blount and Dennis Dupree are listed in the book on pages 9 and 13. Date approximated.
