This exhibit showcases Edmund Spenser's time spent in Ireland. The exhibit examines the influence of his residency in the country on his writing with regard to the Muster plantation including Kilcolman castle. On the timeline, blue entries denote events relevant to Spenser's writing; green entries pertain to Munster plantation or Kilcolman; and red entries showcase general events involving Spenser or that influenced Spenser's time in Ireland. The menu on the right side of the map identifies the locations mentioned in the timeline.
