A native of North Carolina, Carrie Rogers arrived at East Carolina University in 1996. Carried lived in Aycock Hall for most of her four years at East Carolina University. She graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Family and Community services. After graduating, Carrie Rogers went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gardner-Webb University.
