____ agrees to donate the following materials to Academic Library
The receipt of these materials is acknowledged by the Academic Library Services, evidenced by
the signature below. In consideration of the gift, the University agrees to exercise diligence to
keep the materials safely and to arrange, describe, and maintain them in such a manner as to ensure
their proper security and preservation. It is further agreed that all legal title shall be transferred to
the University and that the materials shall be made available for original research, subject to no
limitations or qualifications. I grant permission for Academic Library Services to include my
submissions in a publicly available online COVID-19 related collection. I will retain the copyright
to my works.
The aforesaid donation and any additions made by the undersigned donor will become the absolute
property of East Carolina University and Academic Library Services if accepted by them and shall
be maintained by them in the format most conducive to long-term preservation.
